Lex Express Detailing and owner Paul are the best experience with customer service I have had in a long time. When so many large companies out there don't care about the casual consumer, Paul goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers.Lex Express was very quick to respond to initial inquiry and helped with providing great information from the start. When I had additional questions their responses were quick and helpful. We had ceramic coating done on one vehicle and as it was our only car, they came out and got it and brought it back the next day.When I had additional questions about the maintenance and care (specifically if I could go to a specific car was in Lexington)...read full review
