Lavish nails did a fantastic job on my nails but when I called and asked how much it would be for what I wanted they said the highest it would be was 65 which I said that’s fine so I went in and got my nails done and when I got ready to pay she rounded it up to $86 And I was like wait what!? You quoted me 65 would be the highest so you lied and got more money out of me. I was upset but not to upset because I did love with how they did my nails but I just wish they would’ve told me the right price!

I got a no chip manicure and the tech smudged my whole thumb nail. Instead of fixing it, she blamed me for the polish not drying all the way and then just put a clear coat over the smudge. I wouldn't care if it wasn't on the more expensive side ($47 plus tip so $57 total).

referred by friends to try them out. lol probably wont be back unless its a situation were im desperate. Went for a pedicure of course she talked me into a manicure... the price for both was outrageous. but before that while getting my pedicure the staff started fighting. The STAFF! lol i just could not believe it never witnessed anything like that. then she painted my toes wrong and asked me would that be okay cause she had already did it. it was the day of the solar eclipse so the lady that was doing my manicure wanted to get outside sooo bad she literally left me in the chair. Also its been two weeks and my gel polish is all chipped off. wouldnt recommend the reason... read full review
