Bill is the greatest of all time and he's a LEX local! A raccoon problem that had been causing me stress for months was wrapped up and taken care of in one weekend. He was fast to respond once I reached out and kept me informed every step of the process so I knew what to expect and how much everything was going to cost. He truly took the time to make sure all animals were removed and properly dealt with and even went above and beyond in patching the entry points. A genuinely great guy that I would definitely work with again--highly recommend Bill if you're having issues with wildlife in your home. Couldn't be more pleased with his work!
I highly recommend Mr. Bill Abernathy for wildlife removal. I first used his services in 2016 to a remove a huge raccoon that was tearing up my soffits and dragging insulation from attic. I now have a new roof so I didn’t think I would have any future problems. I called Bill 9/11/23 as I had raccoons in attic that breached the roof by pushing a soffit to gain access to the attic. It took several trips to remove 4 raccoons. He was always accessible by phone or text when I needed reassurance they were not going to get into my home. Besides the possibility of critters in my house, this was a great experience with Bill and KYote Wildlife. Once we got started on the service, he was very prompt with communication (I was out of town) and he handled himself professionally. Though pricier than other company's in some ways, he was worth the expense. Would highly recommend him to others.
