Team did not reinstall our laundry drain properly after they disconnected it to drain the old hot water tank before removing it. Doing laundry the first time since their visit heard an odd noise ran to our laundry on 2nd floor to see a flooded room. Tried to call their line and was told well what do you want me to do but no help offered. Cleaned all day, friends brought over fans, and having damaged assessed in multiple rooms and ceilings from this mess created due to a careless mistake. They also did not wear shoe covers if the house and new carpet was stained after they left that I had to clean which is now soaked.
