Ive used this company for years. They are excellent and observant. Grant took the time to find me, point out something concerning. This was totally outside of his responsibility! So pleased with service provided by IPM. Our technician, Brandon Barnes was the nicest, polite, responsible young man who worked hard for many hours in not so good weather conditions. We are quite impressed with him and the IPM team! We highly recommend IPM.

Seth was amazing! He throughly explained where my problem was coming from and did great work solving the issue! After my service, they called within two hours to do a follow up! I would high recommend IPM!
