I called Manny in a panic, our water heater rusted through and water came into the house, ruining our flooring. Thankfully, he had a gap in a job, and was able to get three of his employees out within a few days. All three of his crew members were friendly, punctual, professional, tidy and knowledgeable! Our small bathroom was put back together in no time, our dining room was corrected and completed in just a few hours and our kitchen was retiled and back to functional in less than 3 days! Manny and his team rebuilt my back deck and I couldn't be happier. He gave me an incredibly fair quote, job was done in a very timely manner and he and his team were friendly, polite and easy to talk to. After Manny showed us pictures of the condition of our roof and after we investigated and found the problems that were there, we realized we had an bad situation on our hands. Manny came back as soon as he could and resolved the problems. Manny and his crew re-routed the furnace exhaust vent from venting into the attic, repaired a hole in the roof, installed a new roof vent for a bathroom fan, cleaned and re-pitched the gutters, and installed a new toilet all at a reasonable price.
