I’ve trained BJJ, Boxing, and MMA in this gym for a long time. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. The quality of training you get from here is next to none. It is a one-stop for all major combat sports disciplines and the coaching is outstanding. Come train at The 4.
Great place, great instructors. I had the opportunity to take bjj here for several months. I highly recommend this school for anyone wanting to learn how to take down people bigger than them in a fight. I would definitely go here again for future training.
