“I called late at night last minute for a bouquet for a birthday of the daughter of my best friend who had recently passed away and left a voice-mail expecting to get a call back the next day. She instead immediately texted back within minutes and honestly felt more like I was talking to a friend rather than someone providing services for me. She got to work and made the most beautiful bouquet and even added some special touches out of the kindness of her heart and delivered it the next morning in between the busy rush of their Valentines orders!!!
