Sally and Jeremy were wonderful to work with. This was my 2nd experience with FCI and it was the expected positive outcome. Just wish I'd had the upstairs updated earlier !! Just sorry I don't have more floors. They went above and beyond.
We were looking for a solution to replacing our basement carpet and we were referred to Jeremy with Floor Coverings International. Jeremy was tremendous to work with and he gave us several great options, while also giving us valuable insight on what options to stay away from. One of the best parts about working with Jeremy, was he wasn't pushy one bit in pressuring us into making a sale. We chose LL Floor Coverings International because of their reviews online and the fact they did businesson the weekends. From the very beginning Norm was very helpful. He listened to what we wanted and showed us a variety of options. He figured out the price of our project with many options. Once we decided on a wood he was in constant contact with us every step of the way. We always knew what was going on and when. Igor installed our flooring and stairs. He did it alone and very quickly. He was very professional. Jason sanded down and refinished our kitchen floor. He was quick and efficient.
