Yesterday started with a routine checkup on our HVAC system. Thank goodness that was scheduled because the HVAC guy noticed our hot water heater was leaking pretty badly. Had he not been there, we could’ve had 50+ gallons on our new basement floors. Thank you Mikael Miller and the guys at Fayette Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. Stopped the leak and installed a new water heater same-day. Great people and great service.
