I want to take a moment to express just how amazing this place is! I want to brag on Brandon specifically. My apartment was infested to a point I was ready to move out even though I truly loved my home. I tried so many ways to get rid of the bugs but they kept getting worse. It was a nightmare. Then Brandon stepped in. He told me that he would get rid of them and he did. He gave me his personal number and was patient with me through the whole process. I messaged so much during this time that I would have drove ME crazy, but he remained friendly and made me feel hopeful. Anyway, I just can’t say enough how grateful I am for him. (Housing Authority of Lancaster) - Branden is an absolute gentleman each and every time he comes to the property. He just doesn't come in and treat-he looks for the source of the problem. Branden has done a great job for us, and we wholeheartedly would recommend Family Pest and Wildlife Control.

Absolutely amazing, so much appreciation for them. Ronnie came out so fast to help get rid of the raccoons. Kept us updated on what was needing to be done, and made sure that the critters were safe. He even came out after hours to get one of the racoons and took the time to explain about them to our daughter. And we love that he has a farm to take them to so they will be safe. Would definitely recommend for any critter problem you have.
