This studio has been a life saver! I'm stronger now than at any point in my life. I have no athletic background but by coming to class, I get to train and condition which helps me progress in pole. The poles here are at least 6 feet apart so I feel safe during covid-19 plus I have no doubt most if not all members are vaccinated and no one judges me for wearing my mask in classes when covid-19 numbers are high. Candace is patient with students and explains things well during class. I enjoy being surrounded by other supportive students and always look forward to class there!

If I had to pick my favorite place in Lexington, this would be it. Candace and all of the instructors are incredibly talented and great at catering classes to each student's needs and level. I also love the variety of classes - pole training, flexibility training, dance choreography, chair dancing, pole flow, yoga, and more. The membership options also make classes affordable and easy to sign up for in advance. But this studio is so much more than a place to dance and train. The community at this studio is so supportive and helps everyone who comes in feel safe and comfortable to explore new things and challenge themselves. I tried out the intro classes and it was AWESOME. I was a little intimidated beforehand but the instructor, Veronica, was super welcoming and understanding that we might feel awkward. Everyone I've met there has been laid back and down to earth. The owner even reached out before my first class to make sure I had good directions to the studio and to see if I had any questions. I was extremely impressed with the level of communication from both the instructor and owner, Candace. Can't say enough good things about my experience! Highly recommend!!
