After months of my hot water heater running at all times. I complained to my landlord multiple times. They said, "That's just how they are". It wasn't until I got an 800$ gas bill that they finally took me seriously and called you guys to come to fix my hot water heater. Thanks, Mike. (not sure of his last name) he heard me when I was explaining what was going on with it. While the maintenance dept was blaming it on something else. Mike knew what was wrong and was in and out in less than fifteen minutes and it works fine now.
