Knowledgeable, friendly people. They had 2 customers getting their taxes done, and me. Currently no crowds. I've been going to Dillon for 30+ years- never a problem. The state tried to cancel my refund one year- one call from Dillon- issue resolved and check received.

I decided to forego the software tax he** this year and try real people. By the time you buy the software, pay the extra $ to file the state form, you can go to a real person for about the same amount. I had pretty much everything laid out on laborious spreadsheets but even then, the person who helped me found a couple mistakes and fixed. It still took me many hours of preparation to get all the details together for my 1099 income but was worth not going through the terrible H&R block software which I was always wondering if I missed something. Much more confident that it was done right by a professional. Only reason I gave four instead of five stars is because my taxes are pretty straight forward.

My husband and I have been coming here for the last 4 years! They are quick, efficient, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Always happy with their services and we plan on continuing to come here in the future for our tax needs.
