ANTHONY WAS AMAZING. I HAVE HAAD FIVE OTHER PEOPLE (OTHER PLUMBERS AND AC PEOPLE AND HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS SUGGESTED DIFFERENT THINGS TO TRY AND STAYED ON TOP OF THE JOB THE WHOLE TIME.
I ALSO PAID HIM LESS THAN I HAVE PAID ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE. HIS WORK HAS ALSO BEEN GUARANTEED FOR ONE YEAR AND NOT ONE OF THE OTHER TECHS THAT HAVE BEEN HERE HAVE EVER TOLD ME THAT. GREAT COMPANY. GREAT EMPLOYEES
We had a great experience all around. They came promptly when scheduled. We liked that they texted a picture of your technician prior to arrival so you know who is entering your home. The technician and his orientee were very courteous. The problems were identified and resolved quickly. They cleaned everything afterwards. I feel like they bent over backwards to ensure a positive experience. A+ on customer service. We will use them again.
My air stopped working last night. It was very hot so I called Dauenhauer Pluming and Heating after church. Pierce Fields was my technician and he did an outstanding job. He arrived within an hour of me, placing the call for a technician, he checked my thermostat went down stairs and inspected my HVAC unit and then he went out and inspected my AC unit to make sure it didn’t need Freon there were some grass clippings on the and. He cleaned it out with the hose. The air conditioning unit didn’t need Freon and was working wonderfully when he left.
