Highly unorganized!! The patient should come first. You can’t call late the night before, or the day of and expect patients to change their schedules for you. We have busy lives too. It is a mess. Do NOT use them if possible. I’d give zero stars if possible. We’ve had two other companies who were excellent. This one needs a makeover!
