Looking for an .. odd size light bulb ... none of hardware stores had ... one they had was too large in length... they pulled one out of an old parts unit they had in back & just gave it to me .. NO CHARGE !! PERSONAL SERVICE.. to the NEXT LEVEL !!! ... YA don't find that everywhere nowadays !!!

I took my KitchenAid microwave in and explained that I needed back in a hurry. It only took two (2) hours to repair. What an amazing company!!!! They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable!!Thanks again!Chuck K
