Hired Centered Lex for an event off-site and they were INCREDIBLE. So accommodating and wonderful to work with. Josh, Matthew, and a female whose name I didn't catch were fabulous. I specifically received work from Matthew and it really helped. I have always seen massages as relaxing and to work on your muscles alone, but they can do so much more! And they did for me!

These classes are amazing! I just took Dindy's restorative yoga class on Saturday, and Jenn & Maya's ecstatic dance on Sunday...literally made my weekend. I felt so rejuvenated and back to myself that I've made an internal commitment to myself to take a class every week.On top of the incredible classes, they have the infrared sauna, massage & healing sessions, and a beautiful community space.These people are family!
