June 27th, Michael Williams from Cecil's heating and air came to my house to repair or replace my air conditioner. He determined that the compressor was working, but the blower motor was not turning at the proper speed. The blower motor was extremely hot to touch and was drawing way too much current. Mr. Williams diagnosed a bad bearing in the blower motor. He ordered a new motor and went to pick it up from a parts distribution. Brought it back and attached mounting brackets to reinstall it back into the system. It would not go. They had given him the wrong motor. The parts distribution brought the proper motor to my house. We have used Cecil's several times to inspect and maintain our heating and air units. Each time Andy Reilly did the work and was excellent. Andy explains thoroughly what is working and what requires maintenance. We would recommend Cecil's and especially Andy, for any heating or air conditioning maintenance, repair or replacement.
