Customer service, cleanliness, services offered, availability- everything is a 10! The enrichments are amazing! The staff is professional, well trained, kind, and the staff to dog ratio is great. Adequate room for the dogs to be comfortable and play. The cameras let you check in on your pets. The counselors always take time to give greetings / goodbyes to each camper and owner, as well as letting you know how their day was. It’s ONLY Camp Bow Wow for Penny!
I can not say enough wonderful things about this place. I had an emergency and had to leave out of town quick and jessica got my dog in quick and took wonderful care of him . I wasn’t stressing while I was out of town because I knew he was taken care of . The manager jessica is a wonderful lady ❤️ Hands down five stars .
