Dr. Nelson is nice and cares for patience with a gentle touch I normally sit less than 20 minutes to be seen nice staff . Makes me feel comfortable in her care..will probably become my family dentist..woul recommend her services..

I had my first appointment in 2018. I had to return a few more times after the initial appointment to fill some cavities. I loved it there, very clean and everyone was very professional. Long story short, the only reason she didn't get 5stars is because all those fillings have since then fallin out. I know they tend to do that after so long but when I called to schedule another app. So they can fix the issue but they refused saying they arent accepting any new patients w/my insurance. She just got thru saying we haven't seen u since 2019. That's saying, clearly, I'm not a new patient but a returning one if u asked me but who am I?? Dr. Nelson and her staff are amazing. No long wait times, confirmation for insurance is done before the visit to prevent surprise bills, no excessive paperwork,and all questions are answered. THANK YOU DR. NELSON
