Bluegrass Company is A #1 +++ in our opinion and neither my husband nor I are relatives, or personal friends. This is the second time that we have had them - this time, because we reupholstered furniture and wanted it protected the right way! In addition to protecting the new upholstery, Kevin shared with us the specifics of how to handle any spills that may occur, AND they are now doing the same excellent job on hardwood floors. Kevin told us which products we should NOT use on our wood floors along with the 'why', and agreed that our floors are not in need (yet) of any attention beyond the usual. Bluegrass Cleaning Company. Bluegrass Cleaning Company does an excellent job on carpet and upholstery cleaning. They provide great customer service, are budget friendly, and you can always expect your carpet/upholstery to look brand new!!
Super honest!! Came out on time for an appt and ran a test on my basement concrete floor. He could have taken my payment, but instead told me there was a different method I should pursue. I would definitely trust whatever recommendation this service provides, and highly recommend.
