These guys charged me way too much for an air conditioner then downsized the coils so I didn't even get what I paid for. Stay away from these jokers
Food was very good. However the service was slow. Did not have enough staff for lunch time. Server was having to bus tables and care for customers also.
It’s okay to admit that you don’t have the knowledge and ability to work on a system. It’s not okay to lie to a customer and then not fix their system after a week. I called on on Friday June 7 or Monday June 10, I forget exactly. They told me the earliest appointment would be Wednesday and they would try to show up as early as possible. I agreed. I explained the system we have and they stated they weren’t familiar with that specific one but that they had worked on similar systems. Bo comes out late afternoon or June 12. Looks at the system.
