Ali takes time a listens to the issues and trouble areas are. She helped me when I had issues with my back. I lifted something and tweaked it and had a lot of trouble moving around, but she worked it out. Amazing hamstring, forearms, neck work as well. If you tell her where the issue is, she knows how to fix it. Really therapeutic. Thank you Ali!
My experience with Ali Blair today was phenomenal. I felt incredibly safe with her COVID precautions while also receiving a very relaxing massage. In fact, I was so relaxed during my massage that my fitbit thought I was asleep. Highly recommend.
Absolutely phenomenal massage therapist! I got my first 90-minute with her yesterday afternoon and had the best sleep of my life, last night. She's strong, but conscientious, ensuring the pressure is to your liking. I highly recommend her (and I highly recommend doing the 90-minute as opposed to 60)
