Our A/C wasn’t working so I called AirServ to help. They were there within 2 hours and diagnosed my failure to responsibly change the air filter. Travis did a great job getting the unit thawed out, testing all the levels to make sure it was in fact working well and getting our house cooled back down. Nathan is the GM and he made sure everything went smooth. Very thankful for AirServ and will recommend

Richard, Steve and Scott were the crew. They showed up on time, meaning earlier than the appointed time. They were each very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Each one of them were able to answer any questions that I had, and I had plenty! They were unable to installed the wired thermostat due to an issue with the house build(built in 1999), and being unable run any wire up and inside the wall. The immediately ordered a wireless replacement while still installing the wired one in my crawlspace so that the HVAC system could start cooling the house, which was already 95 degrees inside. Jeremy was very professional. He worked late into the night; but had to return on a second day to finish. He didn't quit till he was sure I had cold air in my house. Though it took longer that both of us thought, he was like a dog with a bone. He would not give up.He made me feel at ease and even my dog liked him. AND that's saying allot. Would I use Jeremy again? That is a sure thing. Would I tell others about him? In a heartbeat.Thank you, Jeremy. It is very cold in my house now.Service: A/C system repair
