I would give negative stars if I could. paid over $6,000 for a new central heat and air unit and weeks later ? it already needed repairs ?!? Gaylon charged us over 500$ and we have repaired this new unit every 6 months at least for 2-3 yrs now until this winter, it finally just quit working. With HVAC tech labor costs, hotel bills to have some comfort, the aggravation of being hot in summer and cold in winter, as well as utility bills thru the roof we have spent thousands of $. Now he refuses to speak to the manufacture, Goodman , so we can't even file a warranty claim on a unit that is 3 years old and already broken down. Do not get a Goodman unit and don't hire him ! Poor workmanship, cheap and unreliable equipment, horrible warranty - get a unit that has a good warranty and an installer who will help you file a claim to get it replaced or repaired and get your installation work inspected by the state so you are assured quality work !
