Big shout out to William Armstrong and Justin Parsley! Found out Friday evening that I didn’t have brakes on my horse trailer and was leaving out for Texas on the following Thursday morning. Message William “even though they were closed”, told him my dilemma and he got right back to me, told me to bring it over they’d make sure they got me taken care of by Tuesday so I could get packed up for the trip. Dropped it off talked to Justin and he got on it. My brakes were shot, so were my bearings. He also, found a wiring issue that was causing a “trailer wire fault” sensor to light up on my truck. Reworked some wiring and reworked my plug! Picked it up today at 1:00 and it pulled like a dream! Has me feeling a lot safer about my 11 hr trip. Definitely recommend these guys!! 5 ⭐️ for sure!!
