If I could give it a zero I would. They closing at 4pm not enough help. I came out at 1:30 they couldn't change my oil, SERIOUSLY. Went to the service desk to make an exchange offering to pay the difference but was told I had to go and get the same thing I was replacing. WHY!!!! The store in Lawrenceburg ky is AWFUL!!!
