“I had major hail damage. The insurance company sent out their appraiser. The roof and siding on the north side of my home were totaled. They showed me an estimate. Jessica and Big Red knocked on my door offering to help. Everyone I tried to contact was telling me six to eight months before they could get started. She was very professional and offered to help in any way. They did their own inspection and found damage to five windows and a lot of siding the other appraiser missed. Jessica handled everything for us including ordering the windows and negotiating with my insurance. We wound up replacing all of the siding gutters the roof and the windows of course. All of the suppliers I talked to had nothing but great things to say about Big Red. Once they got the parts in it only took a few days to do the work. They run a well organized and courteous crew. They cleaned up after themselves and made the whole process easier than expected. I highly recommend them for any project you need done.“
