I’ve been to all the locations in NKY and some in Cincy and this is by far the best one. Miranda the manager is very professional and always on top of everything. The assistant manager is very good at her job as well.Tracy the girl that works in the evenings is super sweet and always very helpful! I’ve been with palm beach for some years now and they have given me the best experience!

I have been going to PBT for about 6 months now. I love to go when ticey is working because the place is clean and comfortable and she is always willing to help she is knowledgeable and friendly. The manager Miranda is growing on me due to the fact she's not very friendly and always seems mad at the world but I guess we all have our days some more than others. Other than that Ticey and the rest of the girls are friendly . I would also like to clean my own bed so I know it is clean and safe. I was told I couldn't and should be able to if I asked.

I really like this location in Latonia. The girl's are always friendly and helpful for the most part. It's very convenient and near my work and I've only had one time in 6 weeks where I had to wait for about 15 minutes before I could get in and that fine with me. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because one of the doors is almost impossible to get locked. The girls try to help me, but it's just something that has to be done from the inside obviously. Sometimes I just leave the door unlocked and hope that nobody walks in on my. :) Anyway the girls there are doing a great job!!!!
