The staff is known for being super cool, correctly diagnosing issues to save customers money, and providing a pleasant experience. Customers report significant savings compared to using a repair service and highly recommend the business for all future needs.
A+ experience. They do sell to individuals, not just wholesale as the sign says outside. They guys that waited on me were super cool, and knew exactly what I needed. Bought a condenser fan, new fan blade, and a run cap and the total was 140.00. The last time I paid an HVAC tech, for that same repair, it cost me 500.00.Thanks guys!!
Incredibly helpful, superb pricing. My outside AC/heat pump unit quit in the middle of August. I could hear it try to turn on, fan wouldn't start. I took the fan motor and motor capacitor out and with me to their store, thinking I'd need both. The helpful SWH staff sold me just the $27 capacitor after testing my old one, saying my fan motor was fine. They were correct, and everything worked. They could've easily sold me the motor (another couple hundred $) and I would've left content, but they didn't. Will do all my future business here, and recommend the same to anyone I can.
SWH always has what I need, in stock, and at a great price. Everyone I’ve worked with has been helpful, but this time it was Ray who helped me directly. Great team and great company!
