I am going into my 4th week with THE CAV Fitness - Jeffersontown and I keep thinking how sometimes we receive what we didn't know we needed. That's exactly how I feel here.
I looked around for a gym to be a little more active and I found the girl power behind THE CAV! When I talked to Dex about the benefits, he was open and honest about the steps and the mission behind THE CAV.
I signed up for Foundations to help me understand the basic movements I would expect during classes. I was in a great deal of pain afterwards, but is that my fault for not keeping up with my activity throughout the years? Yes, yes it is.
Here's where THE CAV goes above and beyond. It's about community. The coaches reach out and check up on you, help you navigate that pain and work out. I was out of town for work during one of these weeks and they sent me the sets to work on at my hotel, even asking for a video of the hotel gym to understand the equipment I had to work with. The other members ask how you're doing, encourage you and even help you through sets. It's about continuing to move among people who care.
THE CAV is exactly what I didn't know I needed.
This is by far the best veterinarian practice I've been to. Dr. Reinhart is so dedicated to helping animals and gives great advice on things you can do at home to better care for them. The staff is great too. Everyone is so friendly, they make you feel at home. I highly recommend this veterinarian practice.

Steve Eddington and his staff were wonderful in handling a very complicated "remote access" issue I had recently. Not only did they quickly get it resolved, but they did so with patience and made sure everything was up and running within hours of being notified of the problem. Gary and his crew did a fantastic job on my bathroom remodel and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone was so professional and respectful. The job turned out beautiful. I love this place. The shop is nice. The stylist are very professional and they get along with each other. I would definitely recommend. Brittany does my hair, but everyone in the place is capable and great!
Jay and I go way back! This dude can flat out cut hair !! He used to cut my hair every Friday, gave me an edge up! I’m glad to see him back cutting!!

I have gotten my hair cut here twice to about shoulder length with layers, and it has looked great both times!
This is my favorite place to get my hair cut. They always do a good job, no matter who is cutting your hair. Friendly and welcoming and never rushes their work.

A+ experience. They do sell to individuals, not just wholesale as the sign says outside. They guys that waited on me were super cool, and knew exactly what I needed. Bought a condenser fan, new fan blade, and a run cap and the total was 140.00. The last time I paid an HVAC tech, for that same repair, it cost me 500.00.Thanks guys!!
Dr. Wearsch is one of the best chiropractors in the area and very knowledgeable about his 'craft' and how to make lives as pain-free as possible. He takes the time to really listen to your symptoms/pain issues and works hard to bring your spine back into alignment through several techniques. He will give you insight on how to keep your body free of pain by suggesting exercises, etc. when you are at home.His receptionist, Maureen, is always friendly, helpful and welcoming. She is quick to answer your questions about insurance and works hard to get you into an available time slot that is convenient for you.The atmosphere of the office is quiet, soothing and comfortable and I highly recommend them. Moving down here from Indiana, I was worried about finding a new chiropractor that I could trust, but Dr. Wearsch and Maureen put me at ease from the very beginning!

I had a great experience with Metro Flooring! I removed my carpet and replaced with luxury vinyl plank throughout my condo! My floors are beautiful, everyone was great! Jason came to my home measured and answered all of my questions and sent me to Rodney to pick out my floor and the crew that came and did the work, they all made this a wonderful experience! It brought a fresh look to my home! I have recommended them already to several friends!
The insulation crew that did my insulation job showed up on time and did a great professional job. They informed me of what they were doing and how they were going to do it, from the beginning to the end of job. They were very courteous and treated my home as if they were working on their own home. The clean up and haul away any mess they make. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for some insulation work at their home or business. The price is very reasonable also.
Stopped by and Cody C, was super helpful. I needed to see whyy dashboard lights wasnt working and not only did he connect the Fix/Finder but he came out and showed me how to check my fuse.. Great job Cody and ill see you and your wife in the wind on that Harley one day ?
We stopped in to ask about padding under two runner rugs. Gabe met us in the showroom and asked all the right questions for what we needed. He then had Jason Carney talk with us to make sure the request was accurate. So accommodating in every way. Customer service is so important and the conversation was relaxed and honest. My daughter and I have been coming here for years. We don’t come regular. Anytime we want our nails done we pick this place. They’re friendly, respectful and always do a fantastic job. I have nerve damage in my left hand. Which makes my hand ball up like a fist. They take their time to make sure my left hand is perfect. I can’t rave about this place enough

Great furniture and service. Ask for Clark as your sales rep, although others are equally competent. Beautiful selection of bedroom furniture you will not find anywhere else. Cannot recommend enough. Very FAIR pricing, as well.

I was a bit skeptical at first, I usually just went to Jtown coin, but I think I'll be coming here more often now. :D They have less machines but more of them are in working order.
My experience was nothing short of amazing the salon manager was attentive, respectful and very considerate. I told her you made a lot of women happy today by servicing them. Very last minute she didn’t show signs of being irritated she still was very welcoming and polite even after she said she forgot to turn off open sign she wasn’t rude when a client walked in she still let that client come in and after she signed in she turned the open sign off and continued to work on me. Salon manager Nancy was great I’m glad I found my new nail salon today thanks nail place.
They were quick, competent, and professional. They did what they said and delivered the whole package. We can hardly wait until spring.
