The Appalachian Horse Project

The Appalachian Horse Project is a nonprofit organization dedicated to caring for the free-roaming horses of Appalachia, Kentucky. With approximately 1500 horses in their care, the project provides winter hay, salt blocks, and veterinary treatment, before adopting out the treated horses.
