“This was my first time here. I was an hour late for my appointment and Rooster took care of me 1000% I had a lot that needed to be done. She explained everything we "might" be able to get done given my tardiness. I showed her a picture of what I was thinking and she did the whole process to a T. She was so sweet, polite and positive the entire time. It's rare when you find someone who is truly passionate and loves what they do. I'm not from Florence, KY, but I know if I'm ever within an hour of here, I'm stopping by Mane Ave to see #RoosterTheRockstar !!!

“I have been going to PBT for about 6 months now. I love to go when ticey is working because the place is clean and comfortable and she is always willing to help she is knowledgeable and friendly. The manager Miranda is growing on me due to the fact she's not very friendly and always seems mad at the world but I guess we all have our days some more than others. Other than that Ticey and the rest of the girls are friendly . I would also like to clean my own bed so I know it is clean and safe. I was told I couldn't and should be able to if I asked.“
