“Woke up this morning to the sound of our furnace trying to start and failing repeatedly. The outside temp was 19 degrees with a substantial wind. Called Morris Heating and Cooling in Burlington, KY. A service person (Jamie?) came in less than two hours and quickly found the problem. He also offered some instructions on how to prevent it from happening again, and noted one expensive part that may need to be replaced within a year or so.
