“I have been getting my hair cut at Big League Cut for 30+ years. There have been at least two owners in that time. I have gone to Shannon throughout that time with the exception of the time she was asked to go to Walton and manage that store and remain as a stylist. She did a fantastic job throughout that transition. I live in Ft. Wright and would occasionally make that trek to Walton so I could get a great cut from her. She has been cutting my hair for 20+ years. She has always given me great service and to watch her not only maintain her professionalism while doing her job as a stylist, she has also managed the business as well. I have seen nothing but respect and professionalism throughout along with managing some physical ailments which she has never complained about. One of the aspects of her job is to manage her employees and she has done that with the utmost respect and care. When you have someone who looks after your business and see your interest being misused she is willing to look out for that interest and makes sure everything is well taken care of and not abused. I would have her on my team any day of the week and twice on Sunday! Although your closed on Sunday ??. My point is you have a gem and I would always go where she is because of her integrity and her wonderful skill.
