Very nice and helpful staff. My guinea pig had a cut in her eye and they were comforting to her and handled her well. They also answered any question without a problem. Will continue to this vet.
Everyone at this clinic was absolutely wonderful. They made a difficult day much easier and even sent a sympathy card out to me a few weeks following my visit. Would absolutely recommend and fully intend on going back in the future.
We are new to the area so we did not have a veterinarian yet. We had an emergency with our guinea pig/upper respiratory infection on Friday night. We were panicking! I called around trying to find someone who specialized in exotic animals and received a no after no when I called around. I finally got a yes here! We got her in right away! The staff was wonderful! Dr. Charlie Faircloth was also wonderful! I was shocked at how reasonable they are also. She is doing great now, they also called to check on her this morning! We now have found a Veterinarian Clinic for our pets! I recommend them whole heartily.
