“I placed a specific flag directly against my spouse's headstone and ensured it was buried deeply enough to withstand wind or lawnmower activity that might dislodge it. I was advised by a gentleman in the office that the flag could have potentially blown away or damaged. The response was disheartening. A nice pond or waterfall would be a great addition where the bridge is located. Grounds are very clean and a peaceful environment.“
