Had our A/C start blowing hot air and not holding proper temperature. Called Melody, and she called right back with a time the tech would come (same day). Hunter showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had us right back up and running. Hats off to Hunter, Melody, and Julie for their incredible business customer service; which is rare nowadays....I highly recommend them!
When I called with my air conditioning concern, Melanie was very helpful with setting up an appointment for me. I appreciated the text, informing me that the technician was on his way. The technician, Hunter, arrived early. Within just a few minutes, he was able to diagnose the problem and arrange for the necessary part. He left to pick up the part and returned quickly. He completed the repair and made sure everything was in working order before he left. I’m definitely looking forward to having a cool night’s sleep.
