These guys are top notch. Been going there for the last couple of years and never had a bad experience, until today. Today I learned that trades people that see us in Caycee Mill are mostly helpful when asked a question. Well today as I was being helped with a septic tank riser, I asked a question about the riser fitting my model of tank and how it functioned. A trades person setting there was asked by a super helpful store employee, if he was accustomed using this type of riser and he explained how they worked. I was grateful for his assistance, until he asked, are you an installer? and I replied no, I'm a farmer. His response wasn't to me, it was to the employee. You...read full review
