Well Kayla Dunn is fabulous and always does a wonderful job on my hair!! However, I can't help but notice the terrible appearance of the salon. The floors are poorly installed, the paint jobs are unfinished, and there is some wacky duck tape on the counter in shampoo area.... Everyone's individual rooms are very cute but the common area needs some extreme TLC.
