Our AC went out overnight on a 100 degree humid day today. A courteous employee answered the telephone and told me they would work me in today. At 1:00 pm the technician called for repairs. Up and running by 2:30. He was very professional and polite. Thank you for the prompt service

Today was the first time I used them since we bought our house 2yrs ago, the A/C was out Brandon the tech was very professional and knowledgeable on what he does and got us up and running We bought a service contract and will use On Time services from now on !

The plumber that came to connect my new faucet was excellent. I give him 5 stars. The cost of the installation (I purchased the faucet separately) was exorbitant. $300 to hook up a faucet is double what other plumbers charge plus a $79 fee to come to my house, highway robbery. So, if I chose not to pay $300 for the faucet hook up, I was still on the hook for $79. For that reason, I will never call On Time again.
