Along withtwo large turbine vents replaced. It could have been a difficult job to do. But his work crew is very good, and did the job in a day. His crew is to putting on a roof as the Los Angelos Lakers are to basketball. My nephew had a metal roof put on by Lang and is very satisfied. “Had what we thought was a major plumbing issue. I called them before they were open and explained what was wrong. They said they could have someone at my house the same morning. It turned out that it was just a bad pump floater valve and he had it replaced and fixed in less than an hour. We also had a slow draining kitchen sink that we wanted them to look at. They had to come back a couple of times but got it taken care of and draining properly. I highly recommend them for any plumbing need you might have. The manager Steve was very polite and helpful and his employees were as well. They will be our first call anytime we have a plumbing need. Thank you for your great service.“

“RamTec did a great job with our outdoor remodel issue. They did the following well:1 When they came to evaluate, they check everything thoroughly to ensure there weren't structural issues and find the actual problem2 All the men that came to our house were kind and not creepy (this is a big deal for me as we've had some other companies come that I couldn't wait to get out of my house)3 They really did a great job4 They didn't leave a mess (no construction mess, no cigarette butts, etc.)5 We believe they gave us a great price for the work that was doneMy husband and I decided on 4 stars rather than 5 because there are always improvements to be made with any company. The things we feel need improved are:1 Communication - it started out really good but wained toward the end. We always received a return call or text when we reached out but we felt we shouldn't have had to reach out as much2 Actually finishing took quit a bit longer than quoted. We do realize in any type of construction, this is likely to happen due to matters out of the company's control. While there were some of those "out of their control" items, there were some that would've been preventable. (i.e. ordering siding when the job was started rather than when it was halfway through)Overall, we are please with the work done at our house! :) (Pix are before and after)Services: General construction“
