Sanel did a major repair on the foundation and replacing joists under our home. The floor had to be removed and teplaced. He also replaced a kitchen floor and painted . The work is impeccable. I had Sanel's Home Services come out and transform my front walk-up/entrance area, as well as replace all of the decking on the back side, walk-out deck.From beginning to end, Sanel was fabulous to work with. He constantly updated me on schedules, material availability, and costs. He even put up with changes in direction and entire material changes.I'm going to have him out again when the time comes to tie the entire vision together in the front of the house.Unfortunately I have no before pictures of the rear, but I have included the transformation he made to my home in the front!

Sanel and his crew did an awesome job replacing my fence. I really like the job they did. They went above and beyond by adding extra wiring to the bottom of the fence to keep my dog in because my yard is uneven. It was done at reasonable price and everything was cleaned up and hauled away. The whole crew was very nice.Service: General construction
