Brandon at Bob’s is amazingly honest. This company is the best and doesn’t try to sell unneeded parts and new units. Honesty from companies doesn’t come easily, but Bob’s has always given good service.

Brandon came to check my a/c and was courteous and professional. While in my home I had a personal emergency and he quickly called Nicole who came to help. I cannot express how grateful I am that they were able to help me. They are awesome.
