As a new customer, I have to strongly recommend this vet and their facilities. I had a cat get spontaneously ill and was vomiting excessively. I was worried and called the vet late in the morning. My call was answered right away and I was given multiple opportunities to get my pet in that same day, despite being a new client.Once we arrived, the care we received was excellent. The vet and his staff were transparent in pricing, provided some courtesy care items after the visit, and remediated all our concerns about our cat's health. The facilities were clean and well cared for.
I can’t thank Dr.Hagans ,and his staff enough for helping my dog,Gizmo when she was bitten by a copper head.They did a wonderful job,I highly recommend them, my girl isn’t easy to handle, they are just wonderful.
What can I say about Hagens Town & Country Animal Clinic?Well first off the staff is amazing they go above and beyond to make sure you know every step of the process about your Fur Baby's needs.The second is Dr. Hagens, he takes extra care when treating your fur baby, he's the first Vet I have gone to that takes the time to make sure your animals are not stressed out and he creates a caring environment for your pets to be in.I was really pleased with the aftercare that Dr. Hagens and the staff of Town & Country explains and the follow-up calls are greatly appreciated.From now on this is the only place I will take my fur babies, even if I have to drive 100 miles, I will....read full review
