The staff at HAH are wonderful. They are loving and caring with the animals. Explanations are detailed and easy to understand. Options for treatment are discussed in detail with pros and cons. Everyone from the front desk ladies, to assistants, to the vets truly care.
Our air went out one day. I called and they came out the same day. Our tech diagnosed and repaired it and by the end of the day we had cold air in our house.
There are plenty of things to do for older kids but young toddlers are a challenge here. I would not recommend bringing a child under 3.

They're always nice and try their best with whatever I ask for. For natural nails, I highly recommend them! Their designs are hand done, no stickers or premade acrylics, so come in with patience and grace. They're just people trying their best, and will tell you if they don't think they can do a design so always have a simpler back up planned. Been going here for over a year almost routinely.
