Such friendly and personable staff. The first year I went to see them I had tried to do my own taxes and it said I had to pay, so i was recommended to give JJ Tax a try and I'm so glad I did because I didn't have to pay. Now I work in west Knoxville, TN but I still make the annual drive to see my friendly tax guy. They give you a warm welcome as soon as you walk through the door, it's easy to make an appointment, they're very quick, and they're very efficient at what they do. The price is very fair for what they do. Thank you!

After years of disappointment and hassle filing at one of the “big guys,” I decided to give JJ a try. My expectations were very high due to all of the glowing recommendations that I received from numerous colleagues, friends, and family.
I would like to say that not only were my expectations met, they were exceeded. I never knew filing my taxes could be this quick, this easy, this affordable. Jason took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything in detail, and made recomendations that would put me on the path that I wanted to be on.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. They have earned a lifelong customer in me.
