I had United come out to look at a leak from the water heater valve. Another tech from another company had not solved the issue. Dylan was on time, gave me several heads-ups that he was on his way, was cheerful, competent, explained everything and fixed the problem in short order. I learned a lot of useful things from his explanations. He is energetic, friendly, super competent, well-trained and a very likeable guy, as well. What a change from the other techs I've dealt with! I only wish he could fix EVERYTHING in my house. Extremely pleased and happy.

I have internal and exterior coverage through Louisville water and they always send United plumbing whenever there’s a problem… I live in an older home and there’s a lot of trees and tree root issues and these guys are awesome. United plumbing typically comes the same day or the next day, but you can always schedule them out farther as I have done the last couple of times. They are professional, and they treat my home as if it were their own Which is a definite plus for me!! I highly recommend United plumbing!!

Kevin the technician was super responsive and he did a super job. He was very polite and helpful. He left my cabinet cleaner then it was before he fixed the leak.I highly recommend this Company!!!
