I’ve been apart of sports or athletics most of my life. After college athletics I was out of touch with how to physically push myself without a coach. RNF Coaches helped fill that void and push myself to a level I wasn’t able to get to by myself by working out.
Kevin, Sarah, and the entire team have been absolutely incredible. From a health standpoint, they’ve truly changed my life in a very short period of time. If you’re looking for something that feels like having a personal trainer—at an unbelievable value—this is it.
I’ve trained in many gyms over the years, and I’ve never experienced anything like what I’ve found at the Glasgow CrossFit facility. The environment, coaching, and support are second to none. Thank you all for helping make a 57-year-old guy feel better, stronger, and healthier than I have in years. I’m genuinely looking forward to many more years of training with you.
